Order Cancellation:
Orders may be cancelled before they enter processing or shipping. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
How to Request Cancellation:
Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number. We will confirm whether your order is still eligible for cancellation.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders:
If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method.
If the order has already shipped, you may return the product in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy after receiving it.
Cancellation by Outside Fashion:
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to payment verification issues, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, inventory shortages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund.
